Sus Domesticus Crock Potticus...

Or, I just love Country Style Pork Ribs Cooking in the Crock Pot on a Lazy Sunday Afternoon.

One of my favorite recipes and oh so very up my alley easy:

Pour orange juice into your crock pot until you just lose sight of the bottom. (I only use Tropicana - never from concentrate - no pulp.)
Place layer of ribs side by side - I can fit four or five.
Squeeze Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce over each rib.
Place four or five more ribs on top of the first.
Do the Sweet Baby Ray's dance again.
Cover and cook. The slower the better.
Serve with Rice Pilaf and Apple Sauce OR Pasta Salad with Ranch Dressing.

Forgettabout counting calories.
